Audition Day
Saturday, April 10, 2010 2:08 AM

Well some may say that one year isn't enough to prepare for an audition especially for one that is as big as an admission to a course that has only 4 places, however that's all that I have. To make things worse, I'm going to do it while in army. Hopefully by God's grace I will pull through despite what little time I have left.
Anyway here are the two pieces that I have decided to learn and play for the audition. First up would be the Turkish March by Mozart and for deserts I'll play Moonlight Movement 1. by Beethoven. Well it's going to be a challenge but oh well better this than Fur Ellis. I already started on Moonlight but it ain't easy even though it might be super slow and soft as Beethoven demands it to be. Turkish March is half way there I would say. I got to nail down the accents and stuff in order to deliver a outstanding audition.
On the other hand while I might be busting my butts of (well ok maybe not busting), I'm going to the zoo this Monday! Weee~ Haha It's going to be me, Shi Hui and Kenny. The rest can't make it during the day so we'll meet up for dinner after that! It's going to be something worth looking forward to cause I'm sure the Singapore Zoo has changed a lot since I was in primary school (That was the last time I went there).
This idea was randomly popped up by Shi Hui and I'm sure we will make a stop at the petting zoo! Cute little cubs here I come! Pray that I won't be bitten and that the weather would be awesome on that day!

This reminds me, I got to get back to my books. Sherlock Holmes beckons! Well so does Monk, but I guess since I started on read Monk Goes to Germany already, I'll give Sherlock Holmes a chance. I already started on Sherlock Holmes, the greatest detective and so far it seems to be the first of the series where Sherlock Holmes' introduction takes place.

Ten days off. What a wonderful world.
